My Bio
I was born in Barcelona in 1973.

I studied illustration and interior design at the Arts and Professions School Pau Gargallo and Llotja avinyo.

I arrived to México in 1998 and integrated myself for a short while to the Taller del Perro, developing later on my career independently, mainly on the illustration field and many different D.F. publications like Max, Playboy México, A Diseño, Entrepeneur and El Vagón Literario among others.

I worked illustrating educational textbooks for “Fondo de Cultura Económica” and “Secretaria de Educación Pública” as well as for books and novels covers from Editorial Morgana, where I was the Art Director from 1999 to 2000.

I appeared for consecutive second year at the 9th and 10th edition of the “Catálogo de Ilustradores de Publicaciones Infantiles y Juveniles” of the “Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes.”

I designed the poster for the 179th celebration of Central America's independence for El Salvador Embassy.

From October 2001 to November 2002 I was illustrator/designer in charge for the cover for “UNO MAS UNO” newspaper.

I collaborate eventually with “Día Siete” weekly newspaper, and participated actively doing covers and design along with “El Ombligo de la Luna” which is a group of the “INKUBO Magazine”.

In the year 2003, I returned to Spain.

In the years between 2004 and 2006 I published Nohaysalida.com, Canciones sin Música 1 &2 and Vamos a comer Langosta.

In 2007, I designed my website Celestinocomix.com being internationally known in all Hispanic countries.

Celestinocomix …(c). is a new way of making, editing and distributing the stories I write in Barcelona.

In 2009, I was part of the Javier Mariscal COBI’s tribute that was performed at the “Duduá Shop”. A following retrospective exhibition of the artist was simultaneously carried out in London.

I’ve also contributed with educational psychologist from México City and Barcelona by doing the official poster of the Xº Congreso Nacional de Investigación Educativa.

Nowadays I'm living in Mexico city and I’m working on my first long graphic novel.
